Welcome to the 9th Biennial Congress of the African Society for Immunodeficiencies, hosted by the Allergy Society of Kenya.
The primary goal of the Biennial ASID Congress is to provide an opportunity to exchange insights on the diagnosis and management of primary immunodeficiencies/inborn errors of immunity (including immune dysregulatory diseases), with a focus on the African context. The congress will also highlight the interconnectedness of clinical immunology to other medical disciplines, including allergy, rheumatology and infectious disease.
The ultimate goal is to engage, educate and generate a collaborative network of clinical immunology physicians and scientists. The Congress will include parallel sessions by INGID and IPOPI.
We proudly partner with leading organizations supporting advancements in immunology and allergy care.

The Allergy Society of Kenya (ASOK) was registered in 2007 under the Registrars of Societies, Kenya and officially launched on the 20th of November 2008 by a group of Kenyan medical practitioners from different fields of specialty in response to the realization that allergies were a growing concern.
